Please note that all orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs for international returns when duties are refused.

We ship from Australia, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country.

For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Flash Jewellery is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. If duties are refused and goods are returned to us a $80AUD return fee will be deducted from your refund.

If the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched the same business day if placed before 11am AEST or the next business day if placed after 12pm AEST—Monday to Friday.

During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays in the dispatch of your order.

Pre-Order. To reduce our impact on the environment and importantly the cost of your shipping, all items will be dispatched in one order. If you would prefer a split shipment, our customer service team is available to help.

Our team starts processing orders immediately after they are placed or early the next day. 

We cannot guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment.

If you have an urgent request contact our team straight away and we’ll try and assist with any change. Once the order has left our premises we are not able to make any amendments.

Each item is packaged in a microfibre pouch and placed in a branded Flash Jewellery gift bag.

Your parcel is shipped in an unbranded craft box with no reference to jewellery for discreetness.

Orders may be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery, excluding items subject to final sale listed below. Refunds are not available.

The following orders on are final sale:

  • International orders shipped to destinations outside the Australia & New Zealand
  • Goods in our sale collection
  • Earrings; due to health and hygiene laws
  • Items designated archive or final sale
  • Orders purchased with store credit or gift cards; and
  • Purchases made with Afterpay or LayBuy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of any of the above items.

Our jewellery has a 6-month warranty from the date purchased that covers manufacturing defects and faults. This does not cover general wear and tear, modifications or engraving & damages to your jewellery.

Ie.Rings or bangles that have become misshaped, scratched or chipped surfaces or any plating that has worn off your items.

Please EMAIL US with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive your request someone from our customer service team can help you.
