Returns

 

You are welcome to lodge a return within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the  following conditions:

 

A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Health and Hygiene laws restrict the return of earrings and, therefore, are considered final sale unless deemed faulty by our team.

 

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all packaging intact.

 

Full-priced items can be returned for a refund or store credit to make a repurchase.
Sale items are not eligible for return and are deemed Final Sale 
Archive Sale and Final Sale items can not be returned and are deemed final sale.
9K Solid Gold items are not eligible for a refund. All Solid Gold items can be returned for store credit or free size change only.
Earrings can not be returned due to health and hygiene laws.
Gift Cards can not be returned.

Afterpay or Laybuy purchases are not eligible for a refund due to merchant fees. Items can be returned for a store credit only.

Original shipping charges, duties and taxes are non-refundable. Charges for the returned items are the responsibility of the customer. 


If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost. 

 

How do I submit a return?

 

Follow the steps provided in the portal and submit your return for approval.

  • Please ensure you note the tracking number on return packages, we are not liable for the loss of any return parcels.
  • Damaged or missing packaging will incur a $10 AUD fee, which will be deducted from the value.
  • Please Package your return items respectfully - We recommend the box your parcel arrived in, or similar. 
  • Items must be received promptly after lodging a return and post-marked/shipped with 2 days. Late returns will not be accepted and you may be asked for further shipping charges for returning your items to you.

 

 Processing time of your return?

We endeavour to process returns daily but please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

Once returns are approved you will then receive a refund or store credit (in the form of a gift card) for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).
