Returns

If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us  within 14 days of purchase for refund or store credit, subject to the  following conditions:

  • All returns are charged a $10 restocking and handling fee, which is deducted from the refund amount.

 Are my item(s) returnable?

  • Not all item(s) are returnable. Health and hygiene laws restrict the return of earrings.
  • The items(s) must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
  • All Sale items & Sample Sale items are final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift Card(s) may not be returned.

 

 Are my item(s) refundable?

  • All Sale items & Sample Sale items are final sale.
  • Gift Card(s) may not be returned.
  • Solid 9K Gold pieces are only eligible for exchange or a store credit and cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order are only eligible for a store credit or exchange. This excludes “10% off your first order”
  • Orders purchased with Afterpay or Laybuy do not qualify for a refund due to merchant fees, however, you are still entitled to a store credit or exchange.
  • Original shipping charges, duties & taxes are non-refundable and charges for the returned item(s) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

  How do I return my order?

 

Follow the steps provided in the portal and submit your return for approval.

  • Please ensure you note the tracking number on return packages, we are not liable for the loss of any return parcels.

  • Damaged or missing packaging will incur a $10 AUD fee, which will be deducted from the refund value.

  • Please Package your return items respectfully - We recommend the box your parcel arrived in, or similar. You are responsible for the using the correct packaging for postage, any damaged items during transit will not be accepted for return.

  • Any items to be returned or exchanged must be shipped/postmarked within 72 hours of your return approval.

 

 Processing time of your return?

We endeavour to process returns daily but please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

Once returns are approved you will then receive a refund or store credit (in the form of a gift card) for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).
