We dispatch all orders from our Australian studio located in beautiful Byron Bay, Australia. If you place your order before 11 am AEDT, we aim to ship your order the same day of purchase - this excludes weekends and public holidays.

If you need your order quickly, please select DHL express shipping in checkout.

Once your item is dispatched we will send you an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier service provider.

*From time to time orders may be delayed in customs, this is beyond our control and we do our best to make sure everything goes smoothly. International shipping costs do not include any duties and taxes which may be applied by customs when your order arrives in your country.
 You can obtain information on taxes, duties and customs regulations from your local customs office to determine if your order will incur any additional charges on entry to your country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

If you would like to return an item, you are entitled to an exchange or store credit within 14-days from the date of purchase. 

Please note: 

  • We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging. (box and pouch)
  • We will not be held responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Until the item reaches us, it is your responsibility.
  • We will inspect the product on its return and we reserve the right to refuse returns should we evaluate the product to not be in the original condition.
  • We will only swap or exchange items if we have them in stock, otherwise, a store credit will be issued.
  • For returns on faulty items, you will be refunded in full, minus all shipping charges.
  • We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
  • Refunds will only be provided on faulty items or on our rings; when the correct size/ fit is unavailable, provided they are returned to us within the 14-day return window. 
  • Please wrap to protect the contents including the packaging during transit. Damaged or missing packaging will incur a $10 AUD fee, which will be deducted from the value of the exchange or gift card.
