Re-plating service coming soon
We’re happy to announce we’ll be implementing a replating service for our Vermeil pieces very soon, this service will allow your most loved flash pieces to be re-dipped in gold to restore their shine and finish.
Brass ‘Buy-Back’ scheme
Prior to creating our pieces in 14k Vermeil, we used brass as a base-metal to produce our jewellery - As gold plated brass is not as durable as our vermeil pieces a replating service is not recommended. Because we are unable to extend this service to older brass pieces we’re introducing our Brass Buy-Back scheme.
These pieces will then be sent back to our manufacturer to be melted down, purified and recycled giving them a second life.
If you would like to participate in our buy-back scheem please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (Subject line - Brass Buy-Back) included photo of the piece you would like to send back with your details and order number (if you have it), then we wil be in touch.
How to tell if you have an older brass style?
Look for stamps - Our older brass styles will not have the 925 sterling silver stamp engraved on the piece. If your unsure please send us a photo as our team can help!
If you are after a spare part, charm or a solo earring please email us at email@example.com
Faulty or broken items we’re unable to repair are all sent back to our manufacturer, these are then melted down, purified and recycled, giving them a second life.
