Returns & Exchanges

We understand shopping online can be tricky sometimes...that's why we will happily exchange unworn items for an alternate size or finish within 14 days of purchase. 

Please note: we do not provide exchanges/refunds on pierced jewellery (earrings) due to hygiene reasons.

If you would like to return an item after you are entitled to an exchange or store credit. we can only give refunds on faulty items.

  • We will only swap or exchange items if we have them in stock, otherwise, a store credit will be issued.
  • The item(s) returned must be in the original packaging, (pouch & box) and undamaged.
  • We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to us.
  • Sorry, no refunds or exchanges on sale items or earrings due to health and safety regulations.
  • For returns on faulty items, you will be refunded in full, minus all shipping charges.
  • We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from one of our stockists you need to organise this directly with them, as per their terms. If the item is faulty you must go back through the stockist from whom you bought the item, and they will issue you a refund or organise a replacement subject due to availability.

How do I exchange my Flash Jewellery?
  • Email: and let us know ~ explain what you are returning/wanting to swap and why.
  • we do require proof of purchase (order confirmation and order number)
  • Send it back to us within 14 days of the purchased date only using trace & trace methods. Please keep the tracking number ~ if it gets lost, it's gone forever. Until an item is received at Flash Jewellery it is your responsibility.
  • We will inspect the product on its return, and we reserve the right to refuse exchange should we evaluate the product to not be in the original condition.
  • Once we have received your item, you will hear from us via email.
  • Please make sure the item you are returning is packaged correctly/safely.

Shipping items lost in transit will not be compensated for. All items sent by Flash Jewellery will be tracked, please ensure you have provided us with the correct information.
